Serge serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Risk Officer of Trilynns Capital Holdings, a real estate investment company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. As a dynamic and strategic leader, he holds the responsibility of guiding the overall vision and direction of the organization. In this pivotal role, Serge is tasked with developing and implementing investment strategies that align with the company's strategic direction, involving the identification and capitalization of new investment opportunities while effectively allocating resources.

In his capacity as the architect of the company’s investment strategies, Serge actively contributes to crafting the business investment strategy. This hands-on involvement encompasses a comprehensive approach to identifying potential properties, conducting thorough due diligence, and adeptly negotiating acquisition terms to maximize returns.Serge's role extends to building and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders. This includes fostering connections with investors, lenders, property managers, real estate agents, and real estate brokers, thereby cultivating a network that enhances the company’s standing and opportunities for growth in the United States and in the Caribbean islands. As part of building relationships and ensuring Trilynns Capital has the best exposure to real estate deals and assets, he often travels to meet with real estate agents outside the United Estates.

Ensuring the firm's compliance with regulations is a core responsibility of Serge as the CEO. This involves overseeing the firm's legal and compliance team to guarantee adherence to all applicable regulations, maintaining the company's commitment to ethical and lawful business practices.

Additionally, he is actively involved in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, encompassing the firm's investors, lenders, tenants, and property managers. Serge's leadership is instrumental in fostering a thriving and compliant environment for Trilynns Capital holdings.

SMHIC INVESTMENT CLUB

As the president of the investment club, I play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its financial objectives and ensuring the smooth operation of its activities. My responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, from setting strategic investment goals that align with members' objectives to meticulously developing and implementing investment strategies. This involves a thorough process of identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and negotiating acquisition terms.

In addition to my role in managing the club's investment portfolio, I also oversee the club's finances, including the management of cash flow and the preparation of financial statements.

Beyond the financial realm, I take charge of overseeing the club's activities, demonstrating leadership in coordinating meetings, managing the club's website, and fostering effective communication among members. This multifaceted approach ensures the efficient functioning of the club and enhances the overall experience for its members.

My responsibilities extend to relationship-building with key stakeholders, including members, the financial advisor, and the broker-dealer. Cultivating and maintaining these relationships are critical components of successful leadership, fostering trust and collaboration within the investment club.

LYNN'S GOURMET HOT SAUCE, LLC

Lynn's Gourmet Hot Sauce is a small batch, family-owned hot sauce company located in Suwanee, Georgia. We use fresh, all-natural ingredients to create their sauces, which are made in small batches to ensure quality.

Lynn's Gourmet Hot Sauce has three different flavors: Original, Habanero, and Chipotle. The Original sauce is a mild sauce with a balanced flavor of heat and tang. The Habanero sauce is a bit hotter, with a strong habanero pepper flavor. The Chipotle sauce is the hottest of the three, with a smoky, chipotle pepper flavor.

Lynn's Gourmet Hot Sauce is available online and at select retailers in Georgia. You can also find them at farmers markets and food festivals
