HOW WE INVEST

Trilynns Capital Holdings is a privately held global real estate investment and asset management company founded in 2020. We acquire and in invest in luxury and non-luxury residential real estate throughout the United States and the Caribbean Islands. Additionally, we have a commercial portfolio where we  invest in commercial properties  and a small business portfolio for diversification purposes in order to mitigate risks to our portfolios.

Trilynns Capital Holdings's real estate holdings are self-funded and we utilize our strong company balance sheet to make acquisitions. Depending on the type and size of the transaction, we may fund the transaction at 100% cash or we may adopt a 80-20 funding strategy where we put down 80% and  20% in debt financing.  Our goal is not to be too leveraged and be able to keep a healthy cash balance in order to seize opportunities in the real estate market  as they become available.

LUXURY PORTFOLIO - 1

We identify and target acquisitions of undervalued luxury real estate properties [beachfront, oceanside, and waterfront condos, townhomes in the US and in the caribbean islands].

SINGLE FAMILY PORTFOLIO - 2

We identiy and acquire single, multi-family residential properties for longterm and short-term rentals.

COMMERCIAL PORTFOLIO - 3

We identify and acquire undervalued commercial properties such as "shopping centers, Retail plaza, office facilities, family restaurant building as a vehicle to diversify our real estate portfolios.

SMALL BUSINESS PORTFOLIO - 4

For diversification purposes, we partner with small business owners with a desire to expand their businesses by providing the liquity (funds/money) necessary for expansion. Occasionally, depending how well their business fit into our existing portfolio, we may simply propose to make a deal where we acquire %100 of their businesses outright.
