Our portfolio is constructed in four different areas of the real estate market: 1) We acquire oceanview, beachfront and waterfront properties for our "Luxury Portfolio". 2) We make acquisitions of undervalued of multi-unit properties that exhibit strong growth potential for our "Residential Multi-Unit Portfolio 3) For our Commercial property, we acquire shopping centers, plaza, restaurants and cafe for our "Commercial Portfolio 4) Lastly, we make significant investment with the right partner to invest in their small businesses or we simply acquire them outright if they fit our business model.

We identify and target acquisitions of undervalued luxury real estates -condos, townhomes, villas with beautiful oceanview,beachfront and waterfront in the US and in the Caribbean islands.

This portfolio contains Single, Multi-family-homes and apartment complexes [duplex, triplex].

We acquire the following commercial properties:
Retails – retail stores, shopping centres, shops.

Industrial – warehouses, factories, Leisure – hotels, pubs, restaurants, cafes, sport facilities, commercial plaza, buildings].
