Our portfolio is constructed in four different areas of the real estate market: 1) We acquire beachfront, oceanfront, waterfront properties for our "Luxury Portfolio". 2) We make acquisitions of undervalued of multi-unit properties that exhibit strong growth potential to add to our "Residential Multi-Unit Portfolio 3) For our Commercial property, we acquire shopping centers, plaza, restaurants and cafe to add our "Commercial Portfolio 4) Lastly, we make significant investment with the right partner to invest in small businesses or simply acquire them outright if they fit our business model.
